黑木耳瘦肉湯 Wood fungus lean pork soup

黑木耳瘦肉湯


2人份量

材料:

白背黑木耳   1安士

杞子      1湯匙

紅棗      15粒

薑       3片

瘦豬肉     3大片約半磅



做法:

1.在煲內加入6碗水,放入薑及杞子同煲

2.水滾後放入已浸軟黑木耳,已出水瘦豬肉,去核紅棗

3.用細火煲剩兩碗湯,不需調味,即可

Ingredients:

Wood Fungus 1 oz

Qi Zi 1 tbsp

Red date 15

Ginger 3 slices

Lean pork 3 lager pcs (1/2lb)



Method:

1.put six bowls of water in a saucepan.Add ginger and qi zi.Bring to boil.

2.Soak wood fungus until soft.Blanch lean pork.Soak rea dates until soft and remove the stones.Add wood fungus, lean pork and red dates into boiling water.

3.Cook over moderate heat until 2 boels of soup left.Don`t add seasonings.
