瑞士玉桂雞 Swiss Cinnamon Chicken

瑞士玉桂雞


材料:

雞(斬件)   1隻

蘋果汁     半杯

蘋果      1個

玉桂粉     1茶匙

水或上湯    半杯

鹽,胡椒粉   少許

青豆,任何香草   少許



獻汁:

粟粉   少許

水    適量



做法:

1.雞用油略炒,加入蘋果汁及上湯,滾後轉細火煮稔.

2.蘋果去皮及芯,切件與其他材料放入,再煮5分鐘.

3.試味後加入粟粉水埋獻.



Swiss Cinnamon Chicken

Ingredients:

1 chicken,cut into pieces

1 apple

1/2 cup water or stock

1/2 cup apple juice

1 tsp cinnamon powder

Dsah of Peas & herbs

Dsah of salt,pepper



Sauce:

cornflour,water



Method:

1.Fry chicken piece.

Add apple juice , stock ,simmer until tender.

2.Peel and core apple,cut into piece and add to chicken with the

remaining ingredients.

Cook for a further 5 minutes.

adjust seasoning and thicken with cornflour.
