土茯苓去濕湯 Glabrous Greenbrier Soup

土茯苓去濕湯


材料:

土茯苓 4両

大蜜棗 3個

紅蘿蔔 2條

豬尾骨 1-2條

瘦肉 適量

赤小豆 2両(浸透)



做法:

1.冷水下土茯苓

2.以熱水洗淨豬尾骨

3.紅蘿蔔去皮切件

4.水滾後放入所有材料,轉中火煲一小時

Ingredients:

Glabrous Greenbrier 4 taels

Candied Date(lager) 3

Carrot 2

Pig`s tail 1-2

Lean pork sparingly

Rice Bean 2 taels (soak in water)




Method:

1.Add glabrous greenbrier in cold water and bring to boil.

2.wash pig`s tail with hot water

3.scrape carrot and cut it

4.Add all Ingredients in boiling water.Bring to boil and lwer the heat.

cook for an hour over moderate heat.
