陳皮鳳翼 Chicken wing with Shredded Dried Mandarin Peel

材料:

雞中翼 8隻

陳皮(切絲) 1片

生粉 1茶匙

薑 2片



醃料:

水 1湯匙

生粉 1茶匙

生抽 1茶匙

麻油,糖 少許



汁料:

水 半杯

蠔油 1茶匙

生抽 1茶匙

麻油,糖 少許



做法:

1.將雞翼醃15分鐘,飛水備用.

2.爆香薑片及陳皮,放入雞翼及汁料同煮.

3.雞翼熟後埋獻便可.

Ingredients:

8 chicken wing (middle section)

1 dried mandarin peel, shredded

1 tsp cornflour



Marinade:

2 tbsp water

1 tsp cornflour and light soy sauce

some sesame oil and sugar



Sauce:

1/2 glass of water

1 tsp oyster sauce and light soy sauce

some sesame oil and sugar



Method:

1.Marinade chicken wings fot 15 mins.Scald and drain.

2.Heat 1 tbsp oil to sayte slices of ginger and shreds of dried mandarin peel.Add in chicken wings for stir-frying.

3.Add in sauce,cook briefly.Then thicken with sauce.Dish-up.
